"The Entropy Centre" Audio Refresh

One of the key pieces of advice I’ve received from professional sound designers during my time at Full Sail University is to undertake personal projects: record some gameplay footage and remove the existing audio. That’s precisely what I did for this project. I had loads of fun experimenting with the foley work, and I look forward to working on more projects like this in the future.

Soundscape Challenge: False Foley

In this project, I intended to make sounds for nearly everything you could see in this image. Here's the catch, though: none of the sounds you hear are allowed to be used as the object the recording was taken from. For example, any electronic sounds cannot be made by recording electronics, and any metal wall sounds cannot be made by recording metal walls. Significant distortion, granular processing, and time stretching was used to make the sounds you hear.
